My son’s car broke a tie-rod on the ramp of interstate, a Friday night 6:30pm. He was totally panicking because he was blocking the ramp and trucks were still trying to go around him. We are from Illinois, so we didn’t know who to call. Waffco was the tow company that the police called for him. They were excellent to us! They let him come back to their yard to sit and wait until I was able to get there (a little over 1hr drive), Stacy was so kind and helpful that evening. We had no idea what to do to get it fixed, since we weren’t from Indiana. We had to turn around and go back to grab stuff from my son’s car. When we went back, Stacy and Josh gave us a business card and referred us to a mechanic across the street from them. Unfortunately, it was a weekend, but Josh did talk to them for us and weren’t able to take a look at car til Monday. We had great communication back and forth with Stacy, and once we found out the car was totaled she was sympathetic and helpful to us to get the car junked.
